This morning while exercising I took note of a few things. First of all, when I'm walking and pumping my arms, they are no longer rubbing on my sides. My thighs no longer rub together. There is a little space there. I can feel my thighs are thinner when I put my hands on them. Also, when doing knee lifts, I can get them a lot higher, a lot easier because my stomach is not nearly as much in the way as it was before. My boobs are shrinking! I love this. I hate my boobs. I have lost an entire cup size and band size. And the thing that made me do a little dance this morning was that I can now buckle my belt on the 3rd notch! This is huge. I was in a 1x belt for quite a while. Then I was able to buy and XL and I didn't stay in that one very long before I needed to go to a L. I had to buckle it on the very first notch and then eventually I got it to the second. When I put it on today, I had to buckle it on the 3rd notch!! Woohoo, I don't think the weight loss is in my head anymore. I always think I must be imagining it and it's not really real.
I now know it's real.

Thats great! the little things that go unnoticed, when noticed are great motivators. I have recently started on a weight loss journey myself and can relate to "things that get noticed" Bravo :)
