I love Calorie Counting
It is just the only way for me. On Friday night I wanted a burger -- BAD. I still had about 800 calories left for the day and I was bound and determined I was having a Deluxe Burger from the bar up the street. I did, and I savored every bite of it. Saturday night we got asked to go back to that same bar and have supper. Oh man. This time I went for a grilled chicken breast sandwich so I behaved a little better, but when served with greasy potato chips and a beer, the sodium will get ya! I actually weighed myself this morning and am down .2 pounds from Friday, so not too bad. I am pleased with myself so far. I have 4 pounds to go before I land where I plateaued and gave up the last time. This time I am armed with some plateau buster ideas from others who have broke through the plateau. I have them tucked away in my mind for when I need to pull them out and beat this. I will not give up this time!
