Day ONE

I feel like it has been very successful so far!  I just signed up to be an Advocare Distributor.  I am feeling so good today.  I can do this! I started the day with the fiber drink.  Not a problem- I added spark to it.  Then I had my meal replacement shake for breakfast.  Went to the gym and worked out -- I'm loving the gym more than I ever thought was possible! Came home and had another spark and  this for lunch:



Tuna, mixed with a little onion, a little pickle, about 1 tbsp of Avocado, and spread on sweet red peppers.  AMAZING!  The flavor the avocado gave it was wonderful!  I will definitely have this many times over!

For dinner tonight I will be eating this:



1 Cup of Brown Rice
8 oz of ground turkey with a 1/4 tsp taco seasoning
Sauteed peppers, onions and Spinach in Pam
Mix all together.  Serve with a garnish of avocado.  

I tried a little of it already -- delicious!!
