Two times now!!

I have gone to the gym BY MYSELF twice now! Yesterday it was actually fairly busy --- mostly senior citizens.  Good for them - but I really didn't feel self conscious about my skills while I was sweating fiercely as the lady on the bike in front of me was pedaling so slowly that the "begin pedaling" message never left the screen.  I guess you could say it was a gentle way to get myself used to working out with others.  I have actually lost some weight this week - Yesterday I was down 1.5 pounds.  Today I am up a half pound - but I ate high sodium last night, so I'm hoping it's just water weight.  I will do better today!  I'm not really watching my food as good as I should.  I am thinking about it more - but I start the cleanse on Monday, so I am just eating whatever until then.  Wrong attitude - but I don't want to burn out.  I will get there.  Slowly but surely.  I'm going to try to get back to the gym this morning.  My legs are a tad sore from the elliptical but I want to keep going.  I did 30 minutes yesterday on the elliptical.  From someone who would give up after 2 minutes because it was too hard - that is HUGE! I'm on a roll at the moment.  Hopefully I can keep roll'n!
