Day 1 - Advocare Herbal Cleanse
I have read horrible things about the fiber drink - one reviewer said she "threw up in her mouth and then drank that". Oh boy - could I do this? I have a MAJOR issue with textures. Mindy told me it was like a pulpy orange juice. Her review was much more ON. Thankfully, she gave me a few tips as well. ADD SPARK, and drink it through a straw. Another review said to drink it cold. Ok, I can do this! So I mixed it with 8 oz of water and spark. Shook it up and poured it over LOTS of ice. Drank it through a straw - and I drank it fast, I didn't let it sit. No problem. All I could taste was the mandarin orange spark and pulp. I had absolutely no trouble getting it down. I can totally do this! The fiber drink will be the easy part - the clean eating. . . . that's another story. I feel like I went on a total binge this weekend trying to get in my favorites before I can't have them. I think that was the wrong approach, but whatever. There is so much mental here - I have been preparing for this for a week now, and planning. I'm going to do this and I'm going to do it well!
I took my official measurements and weigh in this morning. I will also take a "before" picture after a little while. I'm not going to share my measurements and weigh in until after I am finished with 10 days. I will update tomorrow with how day 1 went. (Because I'm sure anyone is reading this blog ;))
